Agents to be Regulated?

The Communities Secretary, Sajid Javid, announced plans to review whether managing agents should be regulated.

Speaking at the ARMA conference, he is seeking views on whether the industry needs improvement to bring professionalism of the sector and control costs for leaseholders.

We welcome such a move and feel that the 'good guys', like POD Management, have nothing to fear as we set out to ensure customers' interests are always looked after.
