Meet Ryan, Associate Director at POD Management

We had the opportunity to interview one of our Associate Directors to get an insight of what its like to be involved in the property industry. Tell us a little about yourself and what your role is?

As an Associate Director for POD I look after a team directly of Estate Directors, Development Managers and Client Relationship Managers. In turn, they are responsible for a multitude of developments which range from a handful of homes to sprawling estates with hundreds of houses and blocks of apartments through to Build to rent schemes comprising of thousands of home rented out directly by our clients. On certain schemes, they are supported by teams ranging from a few maintenance and cleaning operatives to full management structures numbering up to 40 people in a single Estate.

Why do you enjoy working for POD?

As a business, we care not only for our customers (residents and non-resident owners), our instructing clients (Landlords, RTM’s, RMC’s and Developers) but also our people. In what can often be a high-pressure industry we have a firm focus on our teams and how we best support each other with a common goal in mind.
