Meet Yassin, Support Executive at POD Management

Hey guys, I'm excited to share a little bit about myself!

I have a degree in business management, which has been helpful when understanding the world of property management. Before joining POD, I worked at HML, another property management company. When I'm not at work, you can usually find me binge-watching shows (who doesn't love a good Netflix marathon?), exploring new destinations (I've been lucky enough to visit 26 countries so far), or researching about different cultures and countries. Oh and I’m also learning French in my spare time.

On the rewarding side of my role, I love being involved in the sales process from start to finish. There's nothing quite like that sense of satisfaction when you see a deal come to fruition. Plus, one of my favourite parts of the job is getting to see all the adorable pets when we issue pet consent. It's the little things, you know? And as an added bonus, I'm constantly learning more about the legal aspects of property transfers, which keeps things interesting.

Of course, like any job, there are challenges too. Dealing with difficult solicitors can sometimes be stressful and the ongoing quest to find new ways to improve the processes we already have in place. It's a never-ending journey, but we will always strive to do our best!

It's all about the people for me at POD. I love working with my support team. We have funny chats and that friendship that makes coming to work each day a joy. And let's not forget sitting next to my work buddy, Bhavna, we make quite the dynamic duo haha! We have monthly POD O'clock activities that are always a blast. It's a great way to unwind and recharge, all while having some fun with the team.
