In our recent training, team Antidote, our gym provider, and POD ran through various scenarios before the pool was opened to customers. We also tested all alarms were working and could be heard by our team at the concierge and amenity desks. We then made sure that all team members knew where rescue equipment was located - this was vitally important as when KRP first opened the area, the anti-drowning equipment was not yet fully commissioned, and we were reliant on temporary lifeguards monitoring the wet amenities for a short period of time.
