Meet Lisi, Estate Director at POD Management

We had the opportunity to speak to Lisi, one of our Estate Directors, in our blog she shares her passion for new openings, hospitality, and property management. Lisi also highlights why she loves working for POD and her interests and hobbies outside of work. Carry on reading to hear more about Lisi’s exciting experiences and goals at POD!

Tell us a little about yourself and what your role is?

I’m all about new openings, hospitality and property management! My role? Well, I make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Whether it’s setting up a new location or taking care of the post-mobilization phase, my goal is to create amazing homes for residents by building fantastic teams, implementing efficient processes, and making sure everything is safe and well-maintained. I’m passionate about providing residents with a wonderful living experience they’ll love!

I’m a huge pet lover and enjoy spending time with furry friends. Biographies fascinate me, drawing inspiration from remarkable lives. I’m also keen on learning new languages to connect with diverse cultures. True crime documentaries grab my attention for thrilling mysteries. Lastly, organizing and cleaning bring me satisfaction, creating order and tranquillity. These hobbies keep me engaged, curious, and content in my daily life.

Why do you enjoy working for POD?

I love working for POD because it’s a dynamic company that never stands still. We’ve got a diverse group of folks with different backgrounds, and it’s awesome. Since I joined, we’ve been constantly improving, introducing new systems, expanding our business, and even winning some cool awards along the way. Being part of this journey feels amazing! At POD, we’re not just about walls but about making property management about homes. And let’s not forget; we’re all about our people (and their adorable pets, too!). It’s fantastic to be part of a team that values growth, innovation and puts people first.

 Which sites do you look after?

I’ve got the privilege of looking after King’s Road Park, an incredible development in Chelsea. It’s known for its cool and quirky design, including a stunning swimming pool with a glass roof where you can soak up the sun or stargaze. There are plenty of other fantastic amenities too! Once it’s all done, King’s Road Park will be home to almost 1900 families. It’s an exciting place to be a part of!
